I’m a content producer, journalist, and video creator with over a decade of experience across print, digital, broadcast, and branded media. I’ve worked in fast-paced newsrooms, led editorial direction for audience-specific websites, and independently produced content from the world’s biggest sporting events.
Most recently, I worked as the Editor of Build-It, a national construction and home renovation platform. In this role, I led the daily news agenda, wrote feature and SEO content, developed and handled sponsored campaigns, managed email newsletters, hosted interviews, and drove social media strategy. I was also responsible for monitoring site performance through tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
Prior to this, I was a journalist at News Corp Australia, reporting for The Courier-Mail and several Quest Newspaper titles. At varying times I was the sole reporter for publications — The Southern Star, Albert & Logan News, and South East Advertiser — where I gained a reputation for developing original stories, engaging readers across platforms, and consistently delivering under deadline pressure.
I am also the founder of DownUnderBall, a self-funded YouTube channel dedicated to Australian football. The channel has since generated over 500,000 views and 35,000+ watch hours, covering the Socceroos and Matildas at tournaments including the FIFA World Cup, AFC Asian Cup, and FIFA Women's World Cup. I write, shoot, edit, and promote all content myself, building a football-focused platform grounded in authenticity and storytelling.
